Loop Coordinator

Murphy is recruiting for a Loop Coordinator to work with the Energy Team on the SSE ASTI Framework.

A day in the life of a Loop Coordinator

• Support the Project Integration Function in coordinating framework-wide activities, ensuring consistency, collaboration, and effective communication across all ASTI projects.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling commercially sensitive, stakeholder, workforce, and project information.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and reporting of operational, commercial, workforce, and stakeholder data, producing accurate weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Act as the framework administrator for the LOOP platform, ensuring the accurate capture, management, and reporting of Social Value, community benefit, workforce, and economic impact data.
• Work closely with project teams, supply chain partners, and stakeholders to identify, record, and maximize opportunities that contribute to Social Value commitments and contractual requirements.
• Promote and maintain best practice across the framework by supporting consistent reporting standards, data collection processes, and performance management methodologies.
• Monitor data quality and reporting performance, identifying trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the production of reports, presentations, briefing papers, case studies, newsletters, social media content, and success stories that showcase project achievements and community impact.
• Support stakeholder engagement, community initiatives, and Social Value activities through effective coordination, administration, and reporting.
• Act as a key interface between operational, commercial, Social Value, stakeholder engagement, and project teams, helping to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
• Support the tracking and reporting of key framework commitments, objectives, and performance indicators, ensuring progress is visible and measurable.
• Contribute to framework continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned, identifying efficiencies, and supporting the development of new reporting and performance tools.
• Provide proactive support to the wider Project Integration team, helping to drive consistency, visibility, and excellence across the ASTI Framework.
