L’Oréal is looking for a One Luxe Beauty Activator

What We Are Looking For

  • You will demonstrate genuine excitement, love for people and luxury retail, with our mission to drive loyalty and memorable in-store customer experiences.
  • You ooze passion for beauty and keep up to date with current trends to motivate with intent and inspire our fast-paced, ever-changing retail teams to drive results and build a connection and love for their brand.
  • You will be a driven self-starter and have the ability to create a real buzz and excitement through engaging your store team, whilst being service and experience-led.
  • Your creative flare and innovative eventing ideas will come to life whilst planning and executing in-store events, with the business goal to drive retail targets.
  • Your passion for influencing and people will come to play when leading from the front, sharing best practices with exceptional eventing. Aligned with our values, whilst being trend-led and commercially aware.
  • You are digitally savvy and actively engage with social media trends to create content, with executing a strong on-camera presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be a genuine Brand Ambassador, following the One Luxe selling steps, services, and retail excellence at all times.
  • You will be confident to drive retail through the execution of service and eventing. You will be responsible for growing our retail performance through achieving One Luxe KPIs.
  • You will motivate store teams, leading from the front and sharing your expertise and knowledge as well as driving their own retail achievements.
  • When you aren’t eventing, or coaching you will be in-store leading by example and driving retail performance of top doors.
  • You will motivate teams through engaging content on internal Luxe platforms.
  • You will have the ability to build solid relationships with the in-store teams and influence key stakeholders across the business.
  • You will be organized by nature and be able to prioritize planning for eventing in stores, alongside the retail and education priorities. Ensuring you are maximizing your time and having a positive impact in all stores.
  • You will be results-oriented and will share detailed feedback including key learns and new initiatives on a regular basis.
  • You may be asked to represent One Luxe at external events.
  • Staying Trend-Forward: Maintain a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, fragrance, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
  • Brand Advocacy: Passionately represent L'Oréal Luxe brands and share your expertise on internal and external social media platforms, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Driving CRM & Data capture at all events/store visits to increase customer loyalty.

Must Haves

  • Flexible approach to availability in line with the needs of the business, including weekends.
  • We would love your eventing magic to sometimes be spread across the UK, therefore we would need you to be comfortable with traveling and overnight stays.
  • Proven track record of delivering retail KPIs, driving retail, through eventing. Providing exceptional customer service.
