L’Oréal is looking for A Stock Keeper

As the Stock Keeper you will meticulously manage our product inventory and ensure optimal stock levels across our retail counters. This role involves proactive daily checks to guarantee product availability and support continuous sales. You will collaborate closely with our management and sales teams, playing a pivotal role in maintaining a fully stocked and appealing retail space. Attention to detail is paramount, as you will report any stock discrepancies to the Business Manager for timely resolution with Head Office.

Please note: This role will be based 3 days in Manchester Trafford and 2 Days in Manchester Exchange.

As a Stock Keeper You Will

  • Inventory Management Excellence: Ensure optimal inventory levels and meticulous adherence to retailer guidelines for all stock control processes
  • Health & Safety Stewardship: Champion a safe stockroom environment by strictly upholding all Health & Safety regulations and best practices to protect colleagues and merchandise.
  • Organized Stockroom Environment: Oversee the systematic organization and pristine condition of the stockroom, fostering an efficient, accessible, and compliant storage environment.
  • Comprehensive Product Knowledge: Cultivate and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the entire range, actively updating information with new launches, formulations, and updates as necessary.
  • Teamwork and Training: Actively participate in team efforts and complete all required training programs to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand expertise.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Diligently complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, both online and offline, using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
  • Market & Competitor Insight: Develop a keen awareness of competitor products, market activities, and industry trends, understanding their direct impact on departmental performance relative to our brand.
  • Maintaining Counter Standards: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting counter environment
