Reporting to: Luxe Store Manager / (Senior Area Manager if mobile)

What You Will Be Doing

Fragrance Specialist

  • Creating Engaging Fragrance Experiences: Design and execute innovative fragrance events and animations.
  • Team Fragrance Leadership: Provide expert coaching and guidance to team members on fragrance to drive customer service and sales goals.
  • Personalized Fragrance Consultations: Serve as the go-to fragrance expert offering personalized recommendations.

  • Product Expertise and Storytelling: Demonstrate products, immerse customers in brand heritage, and offer tailored knowledge/techniques.
  • Embodying Brand Excellence: Act as a brand ambassador providing luxurious service and merchandising standards.
  • Staying Trend-Forward: Maintain understanding of makeup, skincare, and fragrance trends.

Driving Retail Performance

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently achieve individual and counter sales goals.
  • Building Client Relationships: Proactively build authentic relationships in-store and digitally to foster loyalty.
  • Promoting Events and Activities: Inform customers about upcoming events, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent L'Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on social media in line with guidelines.

Operational Excellence

  • Teamwork and Training: Participate in team efforts and complete required training programs.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Complete daily/weekly admin tasks using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
  • Maintaining Counter Standards: Uphold hygiene, housekeeping, and a clean, inviting counter environment.
