Full-Time, Salaried Position – 75% Travel (No Relocation Required)

Are you built for the field, not the office? Do you think like an adjuster—analyzing damage in relation to policy coverage, not just repairs? If you have an eye for loss documentation from an insurance claims perspective, this is your opportunity to inspect and document losses nationwide—while being part of an elite team that’s redefining public adjusting.

At Velocity Public Adjusting (VPA), we’re hiring Loss Documentation Field Inspectors to travel the country, assess property damage, and thoroughly document losses from an adjuster’s viewpoint, not a contractor’s. You’ll be the boots on the ground—ensuring claims are properly documented to support a fair and accurate settlement for policyholders.

Who Thrives in This Role?

  • Independent Adjusters & Field Adjusters – If you’re tired of chasing assignments or working under carrier restrictions, this is your chance to keep doing what you love, but with a mission-driven team that has your back.
  • Newer Public Adjusters – If you want to fast-track your experience in adjuster-level loss documentation without struggling to build a book of business, this is the perfect opportunity.
  • Detail-Oriented Field Experts – If you can analyze damage in relation to insurance coverage and document losses like an adjuster, not a contractor, you’ll excel in this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
