About the Role
As a Loss Prevention Officer here at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll play a vital part in our team, focusing on protecting people, product, and property.
Through close collaboration with the Senior Leadership team in-store and your Line Manager, you will:
- Own the Loss Prevention (LPO) process in-store
- Help shape its future, ensuring a strong emphasis on people and product
Key Responsibilities
- Open eyes and ears
- Responsible for all store security solutions
- Support with internal investigations and handle theft cases with professionalism and discretion
- Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local police
- Assist in implementing local crime-reduction partnerships
- Tools for the trade
- Use all available security equipment and information to:
- Deter, detect, and control any criminal activity
- Provide monitoring and theft prevention through vigilance
- Use all available security equipment and information to:
- Train and engage
- Train both new and existing staff in Loss Prevention disciplines
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to uphold Company Prevention Standards
- Sharing to inform
- Ensure store teams and LPO team are connected and informed of all security policies and initiatives

Previous retail experience is preferred but not required – full training will be provided.
