We're looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our Lounge team. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll deliver exceptional food and beverage service, build meaningful guest connections and help create memorable experiences every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering warm, engaging and attentive service throughout the guest journey.
- Serving food and beverages with confidence while accurately communicating menu and drink offerings.
- Creating exceptional dining experiences by anticipating guest needs and responding professionally to requests.
- Maintaining immaculate presentation standards across the Lounge and dining areas.
- Preparing and resetting tables to ensure every guest arrives to a welcoming environment.
- Working collaboratively with Culinary, Food & Beverage and Hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Developing product knowledge to confidently make recommendations and personalise guest experiences.
- Handling payments accurately and ensuring operational procedures are followed.
- Maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Acting as an ambassador for Nobu's values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro.
