ESPC is looking for an experienced team leader to manage and develop a small team of Client Experience Coordinators (CECs) at the ESPC Property Lounge on George Street, where customers come to get expert, impartial guidance on buying, selling, letting and everything in between.
At ESPC, customer service isn't just a box to tick - it's central to everything we do. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the performance and development of your team, making sure they have the knowledge, processes and motivation to deliver an excellent experience every day. You'll lead by example on the floor, welcoming visitors, understanding what they need, and connecting them with the right services across our network of 105 solicitor estate agent member firms, and our in-house Lettings and Mortgage Adviser teams. You'll set the tone for the whole team, building a culture where every visitor feels genuinely valued, and where the experience in our Property Lounge reflects the trust and reputation we've built over decades. Property decisions are some of the biggest people will ever make, and you and your team will be the ones who make them feel informed, reassured and genuinely helped every step of the way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
