🚀 Microsoft Business Applications Consultant | Permanent | UK
I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading technology consultancy that is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications capability.
We’re looking for experienced consultants who can combine Microsoft technology expertise, client advisory skills and delivery leadership to help organisations solve complex business challenges through modern digital solutions.
📍 Locations: London, Manchester or Glasgow
💼 Permanent positions - Consultant/Senior Consultant - £55,000 - £70,000
🔐 SC Eligible
✈️ Flexible to travel when required
🔧 What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering Microsoft Business Applications solutions, working closely with clients and technical teams to turn business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
- Leading client meetings, workshops and solution discussions.
- Managing project planning and delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Managing risks, dependencies and delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Presenting solutions, recommendations and business value to senior stakeholders.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted technology advisor.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes through Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) technologies.
- Supporting solution design, estimates and technical proposals.
- Contributing to business development, bids and client opportunities.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues while helping develop the wider technology capability.

- Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
- Low-Code/No-Code solution development
- Business process analysis and transformation
- Azure and cloud technologies
- Client-facing consulting or business advisory
- Agile project delivery
- Stakeholder and relationship management
- Presenting to senior business and technology leaders
- Solution design and technical estimation

💡 Desirable experience
- Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or Copilot
- Generative AI and emerging Microsoft technologies
- Experience integrating Microsoft Business Applications with cloud platforms
- Scrum, Agile, Change Management or Project Management certifications
- Business development, bid support or pre-sales experience
- Experience leading or mentoring technical/consulting teams
🔐 Security Clearance
Active UK Security Clearance or SC Eligible is essential due to the nature of the projects.
