Loyalty Consultant (9 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Remote UK

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Reports to: Retention Director

Twinkl is launching a customer loyalty programme, starting with a trial in 2026 in the UK ahead of a full global rollout in 2027. We're looking for a hands-on Senior Loyalty Manager to take our loyalty strategy from blueprint to reality.

The topline strategy is already defined - this role is about execution. You'll help to build out the programme's benefits and communications, working closely with UKI Marketing and Retention Product Engineering teams to launch the trial, learn fast and shape the plan for full rollout. This is a brilliant opportunity for a loyalty specialist who enjoys building something from the ground up and wants to see their work go live within months, not years.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Proposition

  • Translate the loyalty strategy into actionable plans that drive participation, engagement and revenue.
  • Own the loyalty programme benefits proposition end-to-end - defining, developing and refining the benefits that sit at the heart of the programme.
  • Identify cross-audience opportunities for the loyalty programme, ensuring the proposition and benefits are designed with Twinkl's full customer base in mind (e.g. teachers, parents, schools) rather than a single segment.
  • Own the loyalty programme's brand identity (name, look and feel, tone of voice) centrally, partnering closely with UKI Marketing to ensure it resonates in the trial market and scales effectively for global rollout.
  • Support the Retention Director on the commercial economics of the programme, including cost modelling, benefit ROI and business case development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
