We’re looking for a loyalty, CRM and market enablement manager to join our team here at Starbucks

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for the growth and effectiveness of our loyalty, CRM and customer lifecycle programmes across EMEA, helping to deliver more effective, insight-led customer engagement. You’ll combine lifecycle strategy, campaign delivery and market enablement to support markets to adopt capabilities and approaches that drive customer retention and lifetime value.
We’ll look to you to bring your consumer-first mindset with the ability to balance data, insights and execution to shape practical and scalable solutions across the region. We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience of consulting around CRM and loyalty programmes, with a strong understanding of CRM tech solutions and personalisation capabilities. You’ll have previously worked in a regional position within a global, matrix organisation, with hands-on experience managing multiple markets with different needs, ideally in a retail, hospitality or FMCG environment.

- Supporting the strategy and execution for loyalty, CRM and customer lifecycle
- Acting as a trusted advisor to our licensee markets, enabling their performance through clear guidance, playbooks, upskilling and best practices that align to local execution
- Translating global CRM and loyalty strategies into regional and local tactical execution plans, which support growth, loyalty optimisation and program economics
- Tracking and analysing performance, translating customer and campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations for the region and local markets
- Partnering with key stakeholders in the business to find development opportunities in support of enhancements or capabilities within our platforms
- Collaborating with our licensees to understand their local solutions and being the brand guardian to ensure consistency across all of our customer touchpoints
