Job Description
As a Loyalty Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Greene King’s loyalty proposition, helping us better understand our customers and drive long-term engagement across our brands. Working closely with CRM, Marketing and Transformation teams, you'll turn complex data into meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions, optimise customer experiences and drive commercial growth.
Qualifications
As a Loyalty Data Analyst, you will…
- Analyse customer loyalty behaviour, engagement trends, transaction activity and redemption performance to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations that support decision-making across CRM, Marketing and senior leadership teams.
- Extract, manipulate and analyse data from multiple sources to create a clear and compelling picture of customer performance.
- Conduct proactive deep-dive investigations to identify opportunities, risks and areas for optimisation across Greene King’s loyalty programmes.
- Act as a key partner to stakeholders, helping shape loyalty strategy and maximise customer value across individual brands and the wider Greene King portfolio.

What you'll bring…
- Experience working as a Data Analyst, ideally within a customer, loyalty, CRM or digital environment.
- Strong skills in SQL, Power BI and cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience handling complex datasets and turning data into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, customer analytics and data visualisation best practices.
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience is desirable.
