Our client is looking for a commercially minded loyalty professional to help shape exceptional customer experiences through a high-profile rewards programme. You’ll join a specialist Loyalty & CRM function where your attention to detail, technical understanding, and ability to bring campaigns to life will directly influence customer engagement and retention. This is an opportunity to work across marketing, CRM, technology, retail, and creative teams, while contributing to a programme that continually evolves through insight, innovation, and testing.
The Loyalty Executive will own the end-to-end operational delivery of loyalty promotions, from configuration and quality assurance through to launch, measurement, and optimisation.
Role Highlights
- Own the set-up, configuration, QA, and pre-launch testing of loyalty promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, IT, retail, and creative stakeholders to deliver campaigns seamlessly.
- Support promotional strategy and develop new propositions that strengthen customer engagement.
- Use customer data, campaign results, and testing to identify opportunities and improve ROI.
- Manage briefs, timelines, budgets, purchase orders, and invoices across loyalty initiatives.

You Will Need
- 3+ years’ experience within loyalty, marketing, operations, or project management.
- Strong understanding of loyalty programmes, customer journeys, and database marketing technology.
- Excellent project management, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence working with data, testing campaign performance, and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience with loyalty technology such as Annex Cloud or Emarsys would be advantageous, although it is not essential.
