We have an exciting opportunity for a Loyalty Marketing Executive to join us at Harrods on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

The Loyalty Marketing Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end setup, configuration, and delivery of loyalty promotions within the Harrods Rewards programme. This role will support the delivery of world-class customer loyalty campaigns, owning the technical execution of all loyalty promotions and ensuring they are accurately configured, thoroughly tested, and launched seamlessly while always considering the customer journey.

Working closely with other Loyalty Executives within the team, you will also support the overall Rewards programme strategy and contribute to shaping the future of customer loyalty at Harrods.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised, and have a passion for building long-term customer relationships. You will have experience managing end-to-end loyalty campaigns within a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer retention and return on investment (ROI).

Previous experience working within loyalty marketing is essential, including hands-on experience with loyalty programme and database marketing technologies. Experience with Annex Cloud and Emarsys would be advantageous, although it is not essential.

You will also have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive approach to innovation and continuous process improvement.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
