Loyalty Marketing Lead - Loyalty & CRM - Sports Brand

Up to £70,000

Essex / Hertfordshire border

Office based - 4 days per week

A well-established sports brand is investing in a brand new loyalty programme as part of its wider growth strategy. This is a newly created role, offering the chance to build and shape a loyalty proposition from the ground up, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day management and rollout of a new loyalty programme
  • Develop the ongoing strategy for the points and rewards model, using data to drive engagement and ROI
  • Build and optimise CRM communications tied to the loyalty programme, including triggered journeys and lifecycle messaging
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks, tracking retention, CLV and redemption performance
  • Manage the relationship with the loyalty technology provider
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Commercial and Technology teams

  • Solid experience in customer loyalty, ideally with exposure to points or tiered reward models
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable owning programme reporting and translating data into recommendations
  • Hands-on loyalty experience across email, automation and lifecycle communications
  • Confidence managing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach - happy to build as well as strategise
