Role Description

The Loyalty Proposition Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, with a blend of office work and some flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for shaping and evolving Greene King’s customer loyalty propositions across its brands, ensuring they drive engagement, repeat visits, and long-term value.

  • Defining proposition strategy
  • Developing and refining loyalty offers
  • Collaborating with marketing, digital, and commercial teams
  • Using customer insights and data to optimize program performance
  • Briefing and overseeing campaign activity
  • Coordinating with product and technology stakeholders on the loyalty platform
  • Monitoring KPIs to inform continuous improvement
  • Supporting stakeholder communication
  • Preparing reporting and presentations
  • Ensuring the loyalty experience remains consistent, inclusive, and aligned with Greene King’s brand purpose

Qualifications

  • Experience in loyalty, CRM, or customer proposition management, ideally within hospitality, retail, or consumer brands, with a track record of delivering measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret customer data, segment behavior, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimization.
  • Background in marketing or digital customer engagement, with knowledge of lifecycle campaigns, promotional mechanics, and multi-channel communication.
  • Proven ability to develop and articulate compelling customer value propositions, translating insight into clear offers and benefits.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across commercial, operations, technology, and brand teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives to agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, analytics, or a related discipline.
