Job Description

As a Loyalty Proposition Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Greene King Rewards. Responsible for defining, developing and evolving our loyalty proposition, you’ll create compelling member experiences that drive engagement, visit frequency, retention and long-term customer value. Working across Marketing, Digital, Product, Technology and Customer Insight teams, you’ll help ensure our loyalty programme remains innovative, commercially effective and loved by our customers.

Qualifications

As a Loyalty Proposition Manager, you will…

  • Develop and deliver the long-term loyalty proposition roadmap, aligning customer needs with Greene King’s commercial and customer growth ambitions.
  • Create and optimise loyalty initiatives including member benefits, personalised experiences, missions and challenges, subscriptions, partnerships and rewards programmes.
  • Use customer insight, behavioural data and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and proposition enhancement.
  • Monitor and improve proposition performance across key measures including member growth, visit frequency, retention, spend and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver loyalty initiatives from concept through to launch, ensuring strong governance and measurable commercial impact.

What you’ll bring…

  • Significant experience developing customer loyalty or customer propositions within a complex, matrix organisation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer value with business performance.
  • Experience working with digital products, mobile apps or customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using performance data and customer insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, with experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
