Job Description:

At bp, we provide an excellent working environment and employee benefits such as an open and inclusive culture, a great work-life balance, tremendous learning and development opportunities to craft your career path, life and health insurance, medical care package and many others.

Help build the future of customer loyalty at bp

Customer expectations are changing quickly. Loyalty is no longer just about rewards. It is about crafting connected, personalised experiences that build lasting links and long-term business value.

As Loyalty Senior Manager, you'll own the strategy, development and optimisation of loyalty across bp's Mobility & Convenience (M&C) business. Working across fuels, convenience, EV charging and digital platforms, this role will drive greater consistency across markets while ensuring solutions remain locally relevant and customer-focused.

This position serves as the global focal point for loyalty, bringing teams together, reducing duplication and helping improve the value of loyalty investments.

What you'll do

Lead the development and execution of loyalty strategies and propositions that strengthen customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting loyalty strategy and customer propositions across markets, channels and digital platforms, including BPme and future loyalty solutions.
  • Driving greater alignment and standardisation across loyalty programmes while supporting local market needs.
  • Leading loyalty proposition development, roadmap prioritisation and annual planning activities.
  • Partnering with Technology, Marketing, Intelligence & Insights and business teams to deliver scalable loyalty capabilities.
  • Using customer analytics, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Single Customer Identifier (SCI) and propensity modelling to improve programme performance.
  • Measuring the efficiency and profitability of loyalty investments and finding opportunities for optimisation.
  • Providing loyalty expertise and strategic support to established and emerging markets.
  • Leading budgets and ensuring investments deliver balanced business value.

What we're looking for

A validated loyalty leader with deep expertise in customer engagement, data-driven decision making and programme delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
