What is this role about?
This role will drive SEAGAS growth through dealer activation, hyperlocal campaigns, digital engagement, and field execution.
What will YOU do?
- Implement integrated LPG marketing campaigns to support SEAGAS brand positioning and achieve business growth objectives through coordinated campaign rollouts and promotional activities
- Execute localized activations and community-based programs to drive household conversion and trial generation through barangay events, tank swap activities, and dealer promotions
- Support dealer onboarding and channel activation to improve sell-through and territory penetration through localized marketing and launch support initiatives
- Coordinate branding and merchandising deployment to strengthen SEAGAS visibility across service stations, retail outlets, and fulfillment hubs through timely installation of marketing materials
- Manage social media and digital engagement activities to increase online reach and customer interaction through content scheduling, boosted posts, and community management
- Coordinate production and rollout of marketing content to ensure brand consistency and campaign readiness through collaboration with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Organize field marketing activities to support customer acquisition and local market penetration through dealer launches, roadshows, and community activations
- Monitor campaign, digital, and dealer activation performance to identify improvement opportunities through regular tracking, reporting, and analysis of marketing metrics
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with operational readiness and dealer capability requirements
- Manage marketing operational requirements to support efficient project execution through budget monitoring, vendor coordination, documentation processing, and timeline tracking

What will YOU need?

- Must have relevant experience in trade marketing, FMCG activations, retail marketing, food delivery / community commerce, startup growth marketing, channel activation, or field marketing operations
- Educational background in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications/Integrated Marketing Communications, Advertising Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering
