What is this role about?
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management, distribution, and technical lifecycle of LPG cylinder assets. It ensures continuous stock availability across distribution points through forecasting and inventory analysis, drives operational efficiency by managing cylinder turnaround and third-party asset returns, and oversees standard-compliant inspections, maintenance, and tracking technology to maintain safety and compliance.
What will YOU do?
- Analyze inventory monitoring and operational databases by completing Cylinder Movement Database, Cylinder Daily Movement Reports, Consolidated Forms within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment requirements with TPRPs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain sufficient stock levels and prevent cylinder runout.
- Coordinate swapping and disposal of other brand cylinders engaging with the other brand owners and swapping centers to initiate swapping and to traders in the disposal of cylinders while ensuring compliance in LPG cylinder swapping program.
- Oversee standard-compliant inspections and the technical requalification process to ensure strict adherence to internal company quality criteria and Philippine National Standards (PNS), thereby guaranteeing the structural integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance of all LPG assets before they are reintroduced into the market.
- Conduct routine inspection and spot inventory audit of cylinders in ORPs and TPRPs to ensure physical inventory accuracy, maintain quality compliance, and immediately isolate damaged or non-compliant cylinders from the market.
- Conduct market surveys and engagement visits with existing refilling plants to build strategic relationships and establish robust brand protection initiatives across the region.
- Monitor LPG Metals team performance metrics track, evaluate, and report on the overall metrics performance of the LPG Metals team, identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective actions to meet corporate targets.

What will YOU need?

- At least 3-4 years of related experience, preferably from the Manufacturing, Retail, Oil/Gas industry specifically in LPG Refilling Plants.
- Adept in Data Analysis, Business Analysis.
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in any engineering course or business related course.
