Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$27–$28/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time/PRN Opportunities

Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. We are proud to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-focused environment. With a commitment to excellence and growth, we are expanding our team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Join a group of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of both our residents and each other—all within a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Flexible Shift Options

Weekend Program

  • Work Saturday & Sunday (option to pick up weekday shifts)
  • 12-hour shifts (paid for 16 hours!)

Weekday Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8-hour shifts

Position Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care and supervising nursing assistants to ensure residents receive the highest level of care in accordance with their individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
  • Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
  • Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
