Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. Flexible Shift Options
Weekend Program
- Work Saturday & Sunday (option to pick up weekday shifts)
- 12-hour shifts (paid for 16 hours!)
Weekday Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts

Position Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care and supervising nursing assistants to ensure residents receive the highest level of care in accordance with their individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
