Team Secretary
Mental Health Services
Elgin
The successful post holder will provide an effective level of administrative support to the Mental Health team alongside the medical secretary.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate as part of their application and at interview stage:-
- A sound knowledge of the role as detailed in the job description.
- The ability to provide an excellent service to patients.
- The ability to work accurately.
- An understanding of Mental Health Services.
- A strong team-working ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility – the ability to work flexibly with team members to support the wider Mental Health Service administration team, including working from different sites when required.
