What is this role about?
The Lubes Supply Officer is responsible for overseeing the management, replenishment, and distribution of lubricant inventory across all nationwide warehouses. This includes analyzing inventory levels, coordinating product transfers, ensuring timely replenishment, addressing leaker issues, and managing supplier relations. The officer ensures that all inventory and supply processes run smoothly and efficiently, addressing issues such as product complaints and payment processing to maintain seamless operations.

- Update and analyze daily inventory records across all nationwide warehouses
- Review and assess requests for lubricant replenishment, identifying when and where to source the necessary products
- Prepare and manage the Lubes Transfer Form and work with warehouse teams to coordinate and schedule dispatches, ensuring requests are accurate and timely
- Prepare the Lubes Issuance Form and collaborate with Warehouse Officers, Third-party Warehouses, Transport, and EMP Officers to ensure timely and complete replenishment of warehouse stocks
- Monitor and process purchase requests and orders, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled by suppliers according to established schedules
- Investigate and address lubricant leaker incidents without delay, identifying causes and providing solutions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with suppliers and warehouses to facilitate product replacement for leakers, determining responsibility and resolving issues effectively to facilitate product replacement for leakers, determining responsibility and resolving issues effectively
- Coordinate with suppliers and Sales Officers/Managers to inspect and resolve product complaints in a timely manner
- Review and process payment requests to ensure timely settlement of accountabilities by verifying received invoices
- Ensure that all lubricant supply processes, including inventory management, replenishment, and supplier coordination, comply with company standards and industry regulations

What will YOU need?
- Must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related courses
- Must have an experience in inventory management and supply chain planning
- Must have strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
