I'm Juhun Yang, founder of LUCIER. I played football as an amateur and professional for 15 years. Injuries taught me how much recovery decides performance, and that led me to one truth: light is at the core of health. That is why LUCIER was built.

Now we are going deep into the UK and Germany. And we are hiring the HQ team that will lead it:

1️⃣ Head of International Growth
Own the UK and DACH P&L. Build the strategy, set the budgets, and hire your own local teams. You report directly to me.
2️⃣ Creative Studio Lead
Own our ad creative, UGC and brand content pipeline across markets. You build the studio.
3️⃣ Growth Analyst
Own ROAS, LTV and cohorts across every market. Make every dollar accountable.

We're looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English, commercially minded, and understands what works in the UK or German market. Native German is a strong plus.
- You know the local culture, the platforms, the creators, and how European consumers actually buy.
- Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands preferred.
