Meliá White House is a modern and elegantly newly refurbished hotel exceptionally located next to Regent’s Park, within a short walk from the world-renowned shopping streets of Oxford Circus & Regents Street. Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Regent’s Park underground stations are all within a 5-minute walk.

Luggage Porter
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Take responsibility for all aspects of Health and Safety within the department on a day-to-day basis. To set consistent high standards of Health and Safety in all working practices.
- Take part in department’s Fire Training and Practices and to ensure safe working practices within the department.
- Ensure that you are fully conversant in all the Hotel’s Disciplinary and Grievance Policies and Procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
- Provide excellent sense of welcome and ensure all guests are greeted using correct phraseology and assistance by opening and closing hotel’s entrances.
- Carry arriving and departing guests’ luggage ensuring the safety and security of such luggage whilst in the hotel’s possession.
- Display excellence in all communications methods, both formal and informal, written and verbal, at all times.
- Handle guest and customer complaints with precision, speed and in a professional manner and to the hotel’s procedure.
- Be responsible for planning, organising and monitoring the day-to-day operation of the department, while ensuring the department's overall objectives relate to the Hotel’s strategies.

- Driving license
- Being able to stand for long periods of time
- Passionate about hospitality
- Knowledge of London
- Be fluent in English The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
