Duties and Responsibilities Related to the Luggage Porter Role
- Welcoming the guests to the hotel in a professional manner, making an all-important first connection, extending a warm welcome, and assisting guests as required
- Ensuring the forecourt/lobby is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards
- Providing a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage
- Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services, and facilities
About You
You’re friendly, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable lifting and handling luggage of various sizes. With a professional, positive attitude, you help guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. You’re punctual, organized, and take pride in representing the team with courtesy and care.
