Mission
As Luggage Porter, you will be the first and last impression of ME London. You will welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and ME flair, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless, stylish, and memorable. Your energy, professionalism, and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest journeys.
Key Responsibilities – Guest Experience Excellence
- Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, providing assistance at all hotel entrances
- Handle guest luggage with care, efficiency, and professionalism from arrival to departure
- Deliver outstanding service while anticipating and responding to guest needs
- Assist with day-to-day Front Office operations, maintaining organisation and efficiency
- Manage guest requests, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain clear communication via radio, written, and face-to-face interaction
- Adhere to all health & safety, fire safety, and security procedures
- Support regular fire safety drills and operational training
- Work collaboratively with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless service

What we’re looking for
- Valid UK driving licence
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong stamina and energy — comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of London, including key attractions, hotspots, and hidden gems
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Confident communicator with a professional and positive attitude
