Thorpe Park is recruiting Lunch and Dinner Chefs to join our Hotel Restaurant Team in food preparation and service-related duties.
Shift opportunities include:
- Lunch - 10.00am - 3.30pm
- Dinner - 3.00pm - 10pm
Weekday and weekend availability required on a rota basis

A day in the life of a Hotel Lunch & Dinner Chef would include...
- Preparing a range of high-quality dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurant
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
- Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
- Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
- Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?
- Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
- Food Safety Qualifications required
- Be able to remain calm under pressure
- Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
- Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
- Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
