What is the job role?
The role involves engaging children in play activities and promoting positive relationships.
Applicants must show:
- Enthusiasm
- Enjoy working with children
- Be either First Aid trained or be willing to complete First Aid training
Duties will include:
- Being responsible for securing the safety, welfare, and good conduct of our children during lunchtime, following the procedures of the school
- Creating play opportunities for children, physically able to engage all children in play, e.g., skipping, dancing, basketball, table tennis, and the outdoor gym
- Administering first aid (training will be given)
- Assisting pupils with developing their eating skills
- Ancillary services such as cleaning up the dining room and setting up and putting away play equipment

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and caring individual who enjoys working with children and can help ensure a safe, happy, and positive lunchtime experience.
The successful candidate will be calm, approachable, and confident in supervising pupils, encouraging good behavior, well-being, and supporting our school's values.

A qualification in First Aid or willingness to train is essential.
