We are looking for a reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly school team in West Bromwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to ensuring a safe, happy, and positive lunchtime environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising pupils during the lunchtime period, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring school behaviour policies are followed.
  • Promoting safe play and assisting children where required.
  • Helping to resolve minor disputes calmly and fairly.
  • Reporting any concerns or incidents to the appropriate member of staff.
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience working in a school or childcare environment.
  • Confidence in supervising groups of children and managing behaviour effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A calm, patient, and approachable manner.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
