Scotch Orchard Primary School (ATLP)

Scotch Orchard Primary School is looking to appoint a reliable, caring, and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will be required to work 7.5 hours per week, 11:45am – 1:15pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will help to ensure that lunchtime is a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for all our pupils. You will work as part of a supportive team, supervising children in the dining hall and outdoor areas, encouraging positive behavior, and helping pupils to develop good social skills.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is caring, approachable, and enjoys working with children.
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
  • Is confident in promoting positive behavior and managing situations calmly.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Can communicate effectively with children and adults.
  • Has a positive and enthusiastic approach to supporting pupils.
  • Understands the importance of safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment for children.
