Who are we looking for?
We are looking to appoint an effective team player who:
- works well as part of a team.
- is able to communicate effectively with young children.
- has a calm, fair and consistent approach when responding to children’s needs.
- can support children in their play, friendships and development of their social skills.
- is committed to the safeguarding of children.
- is reliable, punctual and able to meet the physical demands required of this role (e.g. putting out/away tables and chairs, sweeping up and being outdoors all year round).
