No day will be the same and you'll constantly be engaged and impressed around what you learn from our students. Just looking for a few hours a week that might fit around other commitments?

Lunchtime Supervisor

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Oasis Academy Short Heath. You will play a vital role in ensuring our pupils enjoy a safe, inclusive, and positive lunchtime experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise pupils during lunch and play, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
  • Encourage respectful behaviour and inclusive play.
  • Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in dining and play areas.
  • Report any concerns to the Senior Meal Supervisor or relevant staff.
  • Uphold the Academy’s Positive Behaviour Policy.

About Short Heath Academy

You’ll be joining an Academy where relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We do not have a large turnover of staff at Oasis Academy Short Heath and this is a reflection of this. We're very proud of our students who are at the heart of everything we do.
