Position: Luxury Brand Ambassador

Location: Milton Keynes

MISSION

A Luxury Brand Ambassador for Maison Francis Kurkdjian is passionate about fragrance with love for the products, respect for creativity, authenticity & a focus on detail & quality. You're responsible for driving sales by achieving targets while promoting the brand &; providing luxury. You will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Maison Francis Kurkdjian always.

Main Responsibilities

SALES:

  • Be an expert on fragrance, able to evoke responses to inspire & gain new clients
  • Provide advice & guidance for other Luxury Brand Ambassadors
  • Pro-actively sell products & provide luxury service
  • Be aware & achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Be aware of KPI’s

KPI: To achieve sales targets

SERVICE

  • Be knowledgeable on Maison Francis Kurkdjian products & be able to propose products to clients
  • Demonstrate products on clients & confidently explain the benefits of each product
  • Initiate contact with customers & welcome them on counter
  • Identify, understand & reformulate client needs
  • Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty
  • Educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian

GENERAL

  • Participate in merchandise management
  • Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Account Manager
  • Conduct all operational & administrative tasks
  • Be accountable in your role & represent the brand
  • Adhere to Company policies
  • Build relationships with store management & adhere to all store policies & procedures
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

POSITION WITHIN THE TEAM

Reports to: Area Manager

CONTACTS AND RELATIONSHIPS

  • Internal: Area Manager, Colleagues, Head Office & LVMH HR Team
  • External: Cliental, Host Store Management

Profile

PERSON SPECIFICATION In order to be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Creative; able to recreate the emotions in clients of what fragrance was designed to encapsulate
  • Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service.
  • You will be driven and results orientated, seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity.
  • Self-confident, you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale.
  • You will be able to demonstrate knowledge on the brand through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key products that would suit the customers’ needs.
  • Immaculately groomed and presented, you will embody the elegance that customers have come to identify with the brand, Maison Francis Kurkdjian
