About the Company
Yibi Hantang is a China market growth and brand management partner for international luxury and lifestyle brands. We help overseas brands explore new growth opportunities in China through market strategy, brand licensing, product development, content, e-commerce and channel execution, while protecting their long-term brand value.
About the Role
We are looking for a Luxury Brand Licensing Manager based in London to develop licensing partnerships with British and European luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
- Identify brands with strong licensing and category-extension potential
- Build relationships with brand owners, executives and licensing teams
- Evaluate China market opportunities and suitable product categories
- Lead early-stage licensing discussions and partnership proposals
- Support negotiations covering brand rights, territories, approvals and commercial terms
- Coordinate with our China team on product development, market research and project execution
- Represent Yibi Hantang at relevant industry events and meetings

Qualifications
- Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry or premium lifestyle sectors
- Background in brand licensing, partnerships, business development or international expansion
- Strong understanding of the UK and European luxury brand landscape
- Familiarity with licensing agreements, approval processes and brand protection
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Professional English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Understanding of the China market is highly preferred
