Your role

As the Luxury Frames Category Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering fast-paced, profitable growth across the Eastern region of the UK (from Doncaster to Coventry and Ipwich) by winning new business, closing opportunities, and driving strong in-market performance of the frames category.

Reporting into the Head of Regional Sales for East UK, this role owns the commercial performance of a portfolio of customers, combining high activity levels, strong closing capability, and effective category management to maximise sales and share of wallet.

Operating in a dynamic and competitive environment, the role requires a proactive, results-driven approach, balancing relationship building with a strong focus on conversion, execution, and immediate commercial impact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver sales, margin, and growth targets across your assigned territory.
  • Drive new business acquisition, identify commercial opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Lead customer negotiations and secure commercial agreements that maximize sales performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted commercial partner while driving growth and retention.
  • Manage and optimize product assortments, ensuring strong brand visibility, adoption of new collections, and effective stock management.
  • Use sales and market data to identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, and support accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across our categories such as Lenses, Instruments, and Sell-Out functions to deliver integrated customer solutions and increase share of wallet.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and professional standards.

  • Proven experience in field sales or account management within a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and winning new business
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and convert opportunities
