Luxury Client Advisor – Arabic Speaker
Salary up to £35,000 + Commission
Full-Time - Permanent - Knightsbridge
About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an internationally renowned luxury fashion house within a luxury department store.
We are seeking a polished and commercially driven Luxury Client Advisor who is fluent in Arabic and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a prestigious brand, develop long-term relationships with an international clientele, and thrive within one of the world’s most iconic luxury retail destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury experience throughout the entire client journey.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling, and CRM.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop expert product knowledge and confidently communicate the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and collections.
- Maximise sales through cross-selling, styling, and personalised recommendations.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and daily boutique operations.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure outstanding service and strong commercial results.

About You
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous sales experience within luxury fashion retail is essential.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong clienteling skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with VIP and international clients.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in driving sales.
- Passionate about luxury fashion and world-class client service.
- Immaculately presented with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible to work weekends and during peak trading periods.
