Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9:30 am to 6 pm, some evenings and weekends (2-3 days in the office)
A luxury events agency is seeking a creative and organised intern to support planners across a wide range of high-end private events. This hands-on role offers extensive on-the-day event experience and exposure to all stages of event creation, from research and concept development to client proposals, budgeting, supplier liaison, and general operations. Ideal for someone passionate about weddings with a can-do attitude and willingness to work flexibly within a small, fast-paced team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with client enquiries.
- Attending proposals at London-based venues.
- Researching and brainstorming new ideas to pitch to clients.
- Assisting with writing plans for our clients.
- Liaising with suppliers such as venues, photographers, videographers, florists, prop hire companies, musicians, freelancers, etc.
- Updating our event systems to reflect all the relevant information.
- Assisting in the upkeep of the office/storage/props.
- Answering the calls on our main work phone and directing them accordingly.
- Overseeing other administrative office tasks as will become necessary.
- Attending networking events.
- Writing blog posts.
- Opportunity to help plan other private events such as weddings, parties, and other celebrations.
