Luxury Fragrance Consultant
📍 London - Harrods or Selfridges

Turn fragrance into an experience clients remember.
We are looking for confident and commercially driven Luxury Fragrance Consultants to represent a curated portfolio of prestigious niche fragrance houses within two of London’s most iconic luxury destinations: Harrods and Selfridges.
You will do more than recommend a scent. You will uncover what inspires each client, bring exceptional fragrances to life and create relationships that extend far beyond a single purchase.
Your role
- Deliver memorable, highly personalised fragrance consultations.
- Bring each fragrance house to life through compelling product knowledge and storytelling.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets through authentic, commercially focused service.
- Build lasting client relationships and develop a loyal customer portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to complementary fragrances and collections.
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, visual merchandising and stock availability.
- Work collaboratively with store teams, managers and brand partners.
- Support launches, events and key retail moments within Harrods and Selfridges.

What will make you successful?
- Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury retail or another premium customer-facing environment.
- A genuine interest in niche perfumery and the curiosity to keep learning.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to engage an international clientele.
- A commercial mindset and the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- A polished, proactive and dependable approach.
- The ability to build trust quickly and adapt your service to different clients.
- Flexibility to work across a retail rota, including weekends, evenings and key trading periods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Existing right to work in the UK.
