Luxury Fragrance Specialist - Central London
Up to £38,000 + Bonus, Central London
We’re delighted to be partnering with an established luxury beauty and fragrance brand in Central London to find a talented Beauty & Fragrance Advisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely loves beauty, fragrance, and luxury, and who enjoys going beyond the sale to create a memorable, highly personalised experience for every client.
The Role
As a Beauty & Fragrance Advisor, you’ll become a key part of the boutique team, combining your passion for product with a strong natural ability to build relationships and drive sales. You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating a warm, personalised, and elevated experience for every client
- Building and nurturing a loyal client base through CRM and clienteling
- Driving individual and boutique sales, while consistently achieving KPIs
- Using your product knowledge and storytelling skills to make thoughtful recommendations
- Introducing clients to new products through cross-selling and personalised consultations
- Becoming an ambassador for the brand, its heritage, products, and craftsmanship
- Maintaining the highest standards across the boutique, from presentation to operations
- Working closely with a passionate team to create a welcoming and inspiring environment

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within luxury beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or premium retail
- Naturally confident and engaging, with the ability to build genuine client relationships
- Polished, warm, and personable, with a strong service mindset
- Commercially driven and motivated by achieving sales targets
- Passionate about beauty, fragrance, and luxury products
- Confident with clienteling and developing repeat business
- Curious and eager to build in-depth product and brand knowledge
- Positive, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team

Previous luxury beauty or fragrance experience would be highly desirable, although we’re also open to strong luxury retail profiles with a genuine passion for beauty and a desire to build a career within the industry.
