An exciting opportunity to lead the launch of a brand-new luxury jewellery concession within one of London’s most prestigious and iconic luxury department stores.

We’re looking for an experienced Luxury Jewellery Concession Manager to bring this beautiful new concept to life. If you’re passionate about luxury retail, exceptional client service, and creating unforgettable shopping experiences, this is your chance to play a key role in an exciting new brand launch.

As one of the first members of the UK team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the success of this stunning luxury jewellery collection from the very beginning.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the successful launch and day-to-day management of the luxury jewellery concession
  • Inspire, coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive sales, achieve KPIs and maximise commercial performance
  • Build lasting relationships with both local and international clientele
  • Share the story, craftsmanship and heritage behind an exclusive luxury jewellery collection
  • Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and presentation standards
  • Manage stock, replenishment and daily operations
  • Create memorable luxury experiences that encourage repeat business

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous management experience within luxury jewellery, premium fashion or luxury retail
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a passion for luxury retail
  • Professional, confident and highly organised
  • A genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, design and luxury products
  • Additional languages would be an advantage but are not essential
