The Opportunity
We are looking for a Jewellery Advisor to join our team at Meadowhall, Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional who understands that luxury is about more than the product — it is about creating an exceptional experience for every client. As a Jewellery Advisor, you will:
- Guide clients through their jewellery journey, offering knowledgeable and personalised advice while helping them find pieces that celebrate life's most meaningful moments.
Your Role
As a Jewellery Advisor, you will:
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised experience to every client.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients.
- Confidently present and sell our luxury jewellery collections.
- Understand each client's individual needs and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate the craftsmanship and story behind our jewellery.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding service and follow-up.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing boutique environment.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, beauty, hospitality or another high-end customer-facing environment.
- Has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Is confident, polished and professional.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is commercially driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Understands the importance of developing meaningful client relationships.
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their presentation.
- Works well as part of a team while taking ownership of their own performance.
- Is curious, eager to learn and passionate about developing their knowledge of luxury jewellery.
