Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant
Hatton Garden | £30,000-£40,000 + Very Strong Commission
An established independent luxury jewellery business in Hatton Garden is looking for a confident and commercially driven Sales Consultant to join its showroom team.
Specialising in bespoke engagement rings, diamonds, wedding bands, and fine jewellery, the business is known for providing a highly personal, consultative service to its clients.
The Role
- Deliver an exceptional, personal experience to every client
- Build relationships and understand individual client requirements and budgets
- Sell engagement rings, diamonds, wedding bands, and fine jewellery
- Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to sale and aftercare
- Proactively follow up leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Build repeat and referral business through strong client relationships
- Work towards individual and showroom sales targets
- Maintain excellent standards of product knowledge and presentation

About You
We're looking for a proven salesperson with experience in a target-driven, consultative environment. You could come from:
- Luxury jewellery or watches
- Luxury fashion or accessories
- Automotive
- Property
- Bridal
- Luxury hospitality
- Another high-value sales environment
Experience selling products or services in the £3,000-£20,000+ range would be advantageous.
You'll be confident, articulate, and commercially minded, with a natural ability to build trust and close sales without being overly pushy or transactional.

Jewellery or diamond experience is not essential. Full training and education across diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewellery will be provided for the right candidate.
