As the brand continues to expand its presence and portfolio, it is looking for a Luxury Leisure Sales Manager, preferable living in the UK or UK resident, to drive revenue growth and strengthen its position in the luxury leisure market.
About the Role
The Luxury Leisure Sales Manager at Thanos Hotels & Resorts drives revenue growth, manages sales pipelines, and builds long-term client relationships within the luxury leisure segment. The role centres on expanding direct business opportunities and growing the portfolio, while enhancing guest experiences and supporting the commercial goals of Thanos Hotels & Resorts' luxury properties in Cyprus & Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director, with a focus on the luxury leisure market segment and revenue growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing luxury leisure clients to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow and diversify the portfolio within the luxury leisure segment
- Develop and strengthen relationships with luxury consortia and affiliations within the UK market to drive preferred partner status and grow direct business
- Represent Thanos Hotels & Resorts at international luxury travel events, roadshows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate new leisure business
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Revenue teams on campaigns, promotions, seasonal offers, and digital initiatives, ensuring sales efforts are aligned with pricing strategies and revenue optimization goals across all properties
- Act as the primary point of contact for UK key leisure clients, ensuring a highly personalized, seamless service experience consistent with Thanos Hotels & Resorts' Mediterranean lifestyle positioning.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity and KPIs to the Sales Director and senior leadership
- Continuously monitor luxury market trends and guest preferences to proactively inform and refine sales approaches
- Support sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to a high-performance sales culture

Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years' experience in a sales role within the luxury hospitality or travel industry, with a focus on the leisure segment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the luxury leisure travel market
- Established network within the luxury leisure travel space
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the brand at the highest level
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek or additional languages is considered a strong asset
- Solid experience with sales reporting tools, with a data-driven approach to performance management
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client meetings and business development purposes
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools
