Trilogy Jewellers is a leading luxury watch, jewellery and handbag specialist based in Mayfair, London. We work with some of the world’s most prestigious brands and sought-after pieces, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Hermès and Chanel.
Our business is built on discretion, precision, trust and exceptional client service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly capable Luxury Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the company.

The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced operational position covering bookkeeping, stock control, ecommerce and wider business administration. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring that our financial records, inventory systems, product listings and internal processes remain accurate, organised and fully up to date.
The role requires someone who is comfortable managing several responsibilities at once, responding to changing priorities and taking ownership of their workload without the need for constant supervision.
Your day-to-day work will primarily involve:
- Maintaining bookkeeping records and Excel reports
- Ensuring all stock movements are processed correctly
- Managing product listings across our website and marketplace platforms
- Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational requirements

As the role involves managing high-value watches, jewellery and handbags, exceptional attention to detail is essential across every aspect of the position.
About You
We are looking for someone who demonstrates professionalism, initiative, strong judgement and a high level of personal responsibility. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organised, confident working with numbers and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including creating tables, using formulas and managing detailed data.
You should be able to work independently, identify what needs to be done and follow tasks through to completion without being micromanaged. At the same time, you must work well as part of a team and be willing to support different areas of the business when required.
This is a demanding and highly varied role within a fast-moving environment. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, remain composed under pressure and consistently deliver work to a high standard. A strong work ethic, good intuition, adaptability and genuine drive are essential.

Experience
Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, stock control, ecommerce, operations or luxury retail would be highly advantageous. Experience within watches, jewellery, fashion, handbags, automotive, hospitality or another premium client-focused environment would also be relevant. Luxury industry experience is strongly preferred, although candidates from other high-value or detail-focused sectors will also be considered.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position working five days per week on a rota basis. Working hours are 8:30am to 6:30pm. The position includes regular weekend working, as our showroom operates seven days per week.
