Luxury Operator

The Opportunity

We’re looking for x3 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Luxury Operator’s to join our exceptional team at our Cumbernauld site, where attention to detail meets world-class production. This is your chance to be part of something truly special.

As a Luxury Operator, you’ll play a key part in delivering the highest standards of quality and presentation across our luxury spirits portfolio. You’ll work in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment where every bottle tells a story and every detail matters.

What you’ll be doing

  • Operate and monitor luxury packaging machinery with precision and care
  • Ensure products meet exacting quality standards for premium presentation
  • Conduct visual inspections and handle materials with finesse
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and timelines
  • Support continuous improvement and uphold brand excellence
  • Handle luxury components and packaging with a craftsman’s touch

  • Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or luxury goods (preferred)
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
