We're looking for a Client Services Account Manager to join our growing luxury packaging team in Uckfield. This is an opportunity to work with globally recognised brands, manage highly creative packaging projects, and be part of a business that's passionate about innovation, quality, and exceptional client experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with premium and luxury brands.
- Be the focal point for the client taking projects from concept through to delivery.
- Collaborating with our creative, production, and manufacturing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Advising clients on materials, finishes, and packaging solutions that elevate their brand.
- Delivering a seamless customer experience while ensuring every project exceeds expectations and delivers on time.

About You
- You're passionate about brands, design, packaging, and customer experience.
- You enjoy building relationships and creating long-term partnerships.
- You're organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You love solving problems and finding creative solutions.
- Experience in packaging, print, or branded products is an advantage, but attitude and ambition matter just as much.
