Job Description: Painter / Personalization Artist
About the Brand
Founded in Paris in 1849, this brand is one of the oldest French luxury trunk makers, renowned for its craftsmanship, heritage, and bespoke personalization services.
Job Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Painter / Personalization Artist to support our growing personalization business in London on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hand-painted personalization services on leather goods, canvas bags, trunks, and small leather goods.
- Create custom artworks including initials and motifs, and bespoke designs according to clients’ requests.
- Ensure all artwork is executed according to Moynat’s craftsmanship standards and brand guidelines.
- Maintain high-quality finishing and attention to detail on every personalization project.
- Manage personalization orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with boutique teams to support client events, VIP appointments, and in-store activations.
- Assist in developing exclusive personalization concepts and seasonal artwork designs.
- Maintain and organize painting materials, tools, and inventory.
- Provide after-sales support for personalization-related enquiries when required.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Design, Illustration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in painting, illustration, calligraphy, customization, or personalization services will have an advantage.
- Strong artistic talent with excellent hand-painting and drawing skills.
- Passion for art, craftsmanship, and luxury products.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or other design software is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Moynat’s personalization techniques and luxury service standards.
