Luxury Property Manager

📍 London | High-End Boutique Estate Agency

Our client, a prestigious international estate agency, is seeking an experienced Property Professional to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within the luxury property market, supporting both the Property Management and Lettings teams while delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of high-end residential properties owned by international landlords across Italy, France, Switzerland, Monaco, and South America.

The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of luxury residential properties owned by overseas investors
  • Liaise confidently with Italian-speaking landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate maintenance works and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
  • Support tenancy progression and day-to-day property management activities
  • Work closely with internal lettings and property management teams to deliver a premium client experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

About You

  • Fluent Italian speaker (essential)
  • Previous property management, lettings, or property administration experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, service-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career within the property sector
