The Opportunity
A genuinely exciting opportunity to join one of London's most impressive and talked-about restaurant groups as General Manager for a brand-new opening in London. The group already operates three successful sites, with a further three openings planned across London as part of an ambitious period of growth.
This is not a cookie-cutter restaurant operation. The existing sites are beautifully designed, exceptionally well executed and known for delivering some of the best food in London. The new opening will be a standout venue and an important part of the group's next phase.
We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded General Manager who can take ownership of the opening, build an exceptional team and establish the restaurant as a major London destination.
You will work closely with the founders and senior leadership team, playing a key role in shaping the culture, guest experience and commercial performance of the new site.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
